I am Shah Mir, a Chartered Financial Adviser based in London, with a strong professional background in the UK financial services industry. Over the years, I have worked with leading institutions including NatWest, the Royal Bank of Scotland, and Capita Life & Pensions, developing extensive experience across financial advice, planning, and long-term client outcomes.
Alongside my regulated advisory work, I have spent the past nine years actively involved in the charity and non-profit sector, supporting established organisations to strengthen their long-term sustainability through the effective use of technology, systems, governance, and strategic planning.
In recognition of my work in improving financial literacy within underserved communities across the UK, I was named one of the Most Impactful Muslims in Europe (2024) by Equity X. This recognition placed me alongside prominent community and civic leaders, including the Mayor of London.
I am deeply passionate about finance, investing, markets, ESG, financial education, and the evolving trends that shape how individuals, families, and organisations build, protect, and deploy capital with purpose.
